Does this replace the two apps?+
No. You subscribe here, then unlock MOBY bikes in MOBY Move and Bleeper bikes in the Bleeper app. Membership doesn’t combine your wallets or ride histories.
What exactly does the discount cover?+
60% off eligible e-bike PAYG unlock fees and riding-minute charges in Dublin. It doesn’t include fines, damage charges, wallet deposits or pass purchases. Pause pricing, rounding and any exclusions will be confirmed before launch.
Are any ride minutes included?+
No. You pay the monthly membership fee here, then pay for each discounted ride in the relevant app. Bike availability varies — check the app before you ride.
What if I already have a pass or discount?+
Discounts don’t stack. If you have a pass or student discount, compare it with this membership before joining. Final eligibility details will be available before launch.
How do I cancel?+
Use “Manage membership” to cancel future renewals online. Your discount continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Withdrawal and refund rights will be explained in the final terms.
Who helps with a problem?+
Membership and billing support is handled through this service. For a bike, ride, parking charge or ride refund, contact the operator through the app you used for that ride.
Is this the council’s DublinBikes scheme?+
No. This is a shared discount membership for eligible MOBY and Bleeper e-bikes. It doesn’t include DublinBikes, pedal bikes or privately owned e-bikes. The project is supported by Dublin City Council.
